Okay but not exceptional
Room was cold and couldn’t get warmer than 70 floor was very cold on 1st floor. Restaurant was closed pool was closed and parking was too expensive via valet so I self parked for half the price across the street

So lovely... but....
Samir and Ash the Valets were lovely. I think they were the best part of my stay. I may have picked the wrong time of year to stay here as so many things were closed. The restaurant was vastly understaffed for breakfast and completely did their 1 single waiter dirty whilehavingzero help and not enoughfood in the kitchen. I didn'tcatch his name, but he too was a reallyniceman who triedlike hell to make it work thd best he could. While the room was lovely, the TV is weird, the lack of lamp, and only a giant overhead light was not my favorite. It was crazy loud between a child circus act in the room above who thought it their job to test out the hardiness of the hardwood floors, and the dual semi trucks who ran their engines for hours at the venue next door. Perhaps it was just an off night?

Nice hotel. clean. Friendly service. Valet was quoted $40 per night. They didnt say anything about a pickup truck being oversized and hence $10 more per night. One of the beds had a huge concave divet in the mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. The guy next door had lung issues and was super loud havking away and coughing up god knows what

Beautiful & Clean
Beautiful & Clean from the moment we entered the Lobby. Every detail is thought out in the decor; very interesting & eye-catching, nothing average or “hotel chain” about this one. Rooms were spacious in a small space & absolutely charming in every detail. This was a quick visit with only needing a place to sleep, but we fully intend to stay here again to absorb more of this amazing hotel find.

Location is great. My room was very cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Service was mixed. Most staff members were glued to their phones and were not particularly helpful. The night manager was kind and helpful (also super stylish!) and got me a heater and extra blanket. Valet parking is expensive but expected for a downtown location.

Love the style of this hotel. Clean and stylish. All the details just made it more cozy. Staff was so personable. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous as was their signature Okd Fashioned.

The property was unique in its own way. What I did like was the Modern industrial look and the staff was helpful and friendly. What I didn't care for was the Room was small and the heat didn't seem to be working very well. Also the restaurant has potential but the menu selection was small.
