Beyond great!

One of the things I love most about Hotels.com is the customer reviews. They have never been wrong. So it is with great pleasure that I sing the praises of this hotel. It absolutely lives up to the hype! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the gentleman taking out the trash. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful!! The rooms are delightfully spacious and clean. The location was perfectly situated downtown and convenient to several sights. Don’t let the price fool you. This is one of THE best Marriott properties I have ever stayed in.

This was a great hotel close to Whiskey Row but just off of it so it was probably quieter. The rooms were comfortable and included breakfast is always a perk!

Clean and Quiet

This was a very clean and quiet hotel. We had called ahead and asked for a quiet room away from meeting areas and elevators. The kitchenette was amazing and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Decent stay, friendly staff,not the best location.

Stay was good. Hotel is a little off the main drag and directly across from the court building, which I did not realize. Staff was friendly. Had some issues with the key cards and entering the building at one time. They did have two free EV charging stations outside parking garage but could not leave car overnight.

Great price and amenities

A very nice room, well appointed with full size fridge, hot plates, cookware etc as well as a great sized bedroom and bathroom. Just ten minutes from the Kentucky conference centre, it was significantly cheaper and better appointed than the alternatives.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately the bar was closed so we couldn'tget a drink in tge evening, but there is no shortage of bars in Louisville.

What I liked was that the property was very clean and modern. The location was great in relation to my needs. What I disliked was the front entrance to the property and appearance of the immediate surrounding areas, as they were dilapidated. Also, the front desk attendant was disrespectful and made racist remarks toward when asked a basic question. Although the manager was very responsive and very intentional about handling our concerns, experiencing racism this day in age is unacceptable.

Always able to decompress however long the stay is. Has everything you need—well designed & ALL furnishings nicely chosen—walk-in shower is my favorite, kitchenette is a very nice setup. End your night on excellent chosen mattress & being the morning with excellent complementary hot breakfast. What More Could You Need to Decompress ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Skywalk~ is the Only Thing that is missing & should be considered in this hotel’s future. As Always~Thank You

Had a good time in Louisville. The property wasnt too bad but the parking did suck to have to walk to parking garage. The light fixtures in the place sucked. One light switch to control all the lights in the place. Couldnt turn on one light without having to turn on everyone of them. The bathroom toliet paper holder was broken. The shower head needed cleaning. No extra blankets .tv remote didnt work half the time. Staff was nice. Bartender was amazing . Breakfast was nasty.
