Place was good overall, expensive bar with limited hours, not allowed to bring in your own alcohol. Clean, good people in an interesting area. Will stay again, but... But the parking pass, will be walking a bit after parking.

We are on an 8 day road trip and this has been hands down the best hotel we have stayed in. Very affordable, clean, great amenities, parking. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean fit our needs. Only negative was the noise from other rooms. First night there were dogs yelping and barking well into the evening. Subsequent nights had noise from the room above, you could hear every footstep and other noises. Rooms need to be sound proofed better.

First thing I noticed walking into the lobby, was it smelled very clean, very fresh. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was all smiles. Very enjoyable stay.

I loved being greeted by an amazingly fresh smell as soon as I entered the property. The gentleman at check in was very nice and accomodating and our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast offered was tasty. My only suggestion would be to have the chef cook the bacon more (no one likes half cooked or rubbery bacon). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone - really enjoyed my stay!

Overall, the stay was good, convenient location, nice clean rooms, and Helpful staff. Only downside was they charge almost $20 bucks a day to park.

Front desk was very friendly and informative. Housekeeping did a great job! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great variety of choices for complimentary breakfast. Hot choices too. The room was very pleasant and kitchenette was well stocked. Enjoyed having a bar in the lobby area to lounge and relax in the evenings plus ample comfortable seating outside on the patio with an awesome fire pit. Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Total Nightmare.

Absolutly horrible... Staff is unfriendly.... Parking is across the street you have to carry your luggage over and the first 2 floors of parking are reserved so we ended up on the 4th then found out the elevator did not work.. (sorry for the inconvenience) lol.. Then they spring a $50 room deposit on us.. then the "pet friendly" hotel wants $50 more non refundable. That was expected but not that amount.. So after all that fun, we went 7 blocks down to a club for a show.. about 3.5 hours..Great time!.. we walk back and the front desk not nice human claims my crate trained beagle has barked non stop for 2 hours and they called the fire department.. I was a 5 min max walk away, they never tried to call me.. and now have charged $140 more to my card..I would go on but bottom line DONT STAY HERE....

Derby Week

Wonderful experience, staff was great, room was clean, and they had the Derby spirit. Our favorite was hanging out with Steven at the bar! He is wonderful. Let me tell you, he can read you like a book and make you the perfect drink based off a few questions!
