Poor service

Two consecutive days, house keeping didn’t fully clean or clean at all in our room. After night one, they came and emptied the garbage, changed towels, but didn’t make my bed. After night 2 they didn’t do anything. Didn’t empty my trash, didn’t make the bed, didn’t change my towels. The room was left completely untouched. I went to the front desk about it and they said that the cleaning staff marked the room clean. They didn’t offer anything to make up for it, just fresh towels. Needless to say, this was my first and land last time there.

Good and Not So Good

Very, very nice and helpful staff, particularly front desk and maintenance. Unfortunately, due to a corroded battery in the door lock, I was unable to get into my room for 3 hours one evening. Also, a large refrigerator truck parked outside my window, and its engine ran all night, keeping me awake. Apparently, staff couldn’t do anything about it, even though I asked earlier in the evening. Wi-Fi kept crashing, but maybe that was due to the weather.
