in remote area with unpaved road and very narrow streets where only one car can get through. Extremely difficult to find. We stopped and ask people for directions but they do not speak English. GPS could not find the location. it is NOT an hotel and it is NOT located in Loule`! Very upset about their misleading advertising on Expedia as hotel. In addition, the price is a total rip-off - One can get a four star hotel for $56 in an excellent location in this season!

Lovely short break
Service was excellent, bed was comfy and clean. Lovely breakfast and very attentive staff. Particularly enjoyed the homemade granola! Would highly recommend. Thank you Casa Do Alto!

A gem with hospitality!
A small very nice, dog and people friendly hotel. Owners do fabulous job of making you stay as pleasant ad possible. They have a “can do” attitude and will go out of their way to help you!

Está algo alejado de todo por lo que se necesita coche pero aunque sin pretensiones la cama súper cómoda, el baño nuevo y con ducha, el desayuno fantástico de calidad y abundante, te lo sirven en la mesas. Tienen servicio de toallas diario para la piscina y/o playa. La piscina necesita algo de mantenimiento. Las dueñas y el personal muy agradables. Tienen un par de gatines que están por la casa pero no molestan son un amor!!! Está todo súper limpio. Muy recomendable

Casa do Alto een echte aanrader!!!!
Casa do Alto is overgenomen door 2 jonge enthousiaste onderneemsters. Grondig gerenoveerd ,heel schoon, goede en vriendelijke service, en heerlijk ontbijt wordt naar eigen keus vers bereid en geserveerd aan tafel. Top vakantie gehad komen zeker terug!!!!
