Lourdes - Tarbes Vacation Packages

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I’m surprised by all the positive reviews on here, looks like they’ve deleted the negative reviews. First of all, poor service, no one is at reception desk on arrival, they close early and we had to find our own keys in the dark. Rooms itself were a mess, rooms are not furnished , the balcony is not even COMPLETE!! Balcony is filled with CONCRETE!! This is an awful place to stay! Bathrooms and beds are 1 star, toilets are smelly not clean at all! No room service provided, soap bottles were not refilled and towels were not replenished Breakfast - all cold items, food was not replenished, average breakfast. Worst of all, on the day of checkout, the hotel management had booked an inspection service at time of checkout to our room and they told us to get out of room at time of checkout! This was really rude and unprofessional, I’ve never encountered this type of behaviour in any other hotel I’ve stayed all my life!! Very rude people and have no common sense! Do not stay here, book another nice hotel in Lourdes ! I’m hoping they don’t delete this review!

great location in Lourdes. walking distance from the spiritual center of town.

Could hear people upstairs (thin walls). TV is super small , rooms very dated. It’s a Motel not Hotel

Ok
