Low Isles Vacation Packages

Had a wonderful stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help you. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Apartment was very clean and full laundry was very helpful for the family. We would definitely stay again

Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.

Staff were so friendly and upgraded us to a pool/beach view as requested, a few ants in the kitchen and room was abit dated but perfect location and amazing amenities.

The location is further from the marina. While you can walk, it is a long walk and a car would be needed for those that don’t want a 35-40 minute walk to restaurants and marina. The property had the basics ( four plates, cups, and bowls, and some basic cooking items) and was sufficient for our stay as we often eat out for meals. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job though. There were stains on couch, carpet and curtains. Pool is very nice. Hot tub was really a cold tub.

Comfortable and good buffet breakfast but pool under maintenance with a backup in operation but not as good

The location of the hotel is well situated. It’s a good walking distance to the Esplanade. I would have given this hotel 4-5 stars but, the kitchen was infested with German cockroaches. They come out at tonight. Then, the bathrooms need a proper maintenance. I wore thongs in the shower as it didn’t feel clean at all. The pillows didn’t have enough fillings. Would I come back to stay here again? Unfortunately no even though it had secure underground parking but again, the maintenance of the unit was a disappointment.
