The overall stay suited the trip we had to take. However, the hotel was not in walking distance from anything, the pool was under maintenance and with the hot weather it would have been nice if it was open. The ice machine didnt work and breakfast was a paid option. It would have been nice if parking at the hotel was free. They charge you a daily rate to park in the lot. The food truck option on Friday night was cool! The cleaning staff was amazing and accommodating to getting us checked in early.

The elevator was out, didn’t have body wash in shower even after asking for it three times! Light didn’t work above the coffee. They didn’t clean our room so we ran out of towels and wash clothes. Hair dryer didn’t work. Had to ask multiple times to get what we needed. WAY TOO MUCH money to get this kind of service. So disappointing.

Hotel was nice. Waited 10 minutes to get checked in. Staff was missing at 2:30 in the morning when checking in. Additionally sink in the bathroom leaked. Advised them on way out for the day. Was fixed upon return

Kind of disappointing

The pool was not open. I asked because it said may. It is June 21 and they could not give a reason. Just not open. No working ice machine on my floor. Front service was mean about breakfast and paying extra when there were extras.

It was too short unfortunately. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I wish I didn't have to get out of it. The rest of the room was very nice, the staff was great and the hotel itself was beautiful. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff accidentally made a room key for someone else for my room, my room key didn't work after that, they never admitted fault and then asked me to leave instead of fixing the issue. Staff is horribly trained in hospitality, I worked in a 5 star hotel for years. I didn't expect 5 star service but I expected to have keys to my own room and an egregious mistake to be corrected. Never was made whole or apologized to.
