No. The room was not ready when we checked in a 3:00 pm. They assigned us another room and the air condition was to turned on so the room was very hot. The manager came turned it on and we waited outside for an hour before it cooled down. It was not a welcome sight when we entered the hotel there was spied bed sheets and towels on the lobby floor.

Expedia booked a hotel through Expedia, When I got to the hotel, the front desk clerk advised me I did have a reservation due to its full capacity. Desk clerk was very polite.

Airconditioning and TV did not work in the first room. Staff did not care and were reluctant to change the room which they eventually did to a very small and unclean room. Cut the trip short by one day to get out of this hotel.
