They didn't clean my room, they didn't put towels, no toilet paper, the people didn't have good character, a terrible hotel, how disgusting, I don't recommend it, I wouldn't go back to that hotel, not at all.

Nice oceanview balcony, nice pool, tiny beach, free parking, dated accommodations but good value, basics for kitchen. I would recommend renting a car or stay at condo and walk to nearby restaurants.

Great location in laid back Cupecoy. Property is old and needs work. My 1 bedroom suite was large and clean. A/C worked well. Bed was a hard. Limited hot water mostly warm. Most staff friendly. Kimora at front desk was excellent. I received a great price as most places in the area are considerably more.

I like the hotel, nice food especially the bbq. The room was good but there wasn’t that much electrical outlet and barely lights in the room. It’s good to stay for a day, that’s what I did.

This is a great place to stay. I came alone and found it to be very friendly. Staff are helpful. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Once a week there is a bus ride to the boardwalk for all your shopping needs. I will be back!

Enjoyed our week at the once beautiful and still nice though a little tired, Sapphire Beach Club. Forget the beach as it is pretty unusable due to hurricane damage. Room was awesome and large. We thought the beds were extremely comfy. The beach bar was nice and the gals that work there really work hard to please. Not a place for wild partiers! We would go again!
