The resort would have been a lot better if the main pool had been open. The frustrating part was that we booked the trip back in June and was never told that the pool wouldn’t be open. They had a smaller pool which wasn’t big enough to accommodate everyone with a chair and it was a lot busier. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time that the pool was under construction.

This property was gorgeous , now one of the larger pools was under construction but a secondary pool was available and a kid swim area should you bring children , swim up bar , numerous restaurants, all inclusive was great no restrictions , staff was friendly , located right on the strip about 10 minutes from the airport , taxis are always available no need to book prior transportation beds comfy .

The main pool was closed because of renovations. This was unacceptable. The small pool was overcrowded with limited seating. They should have let customers use the pools at Ocean point. We should have been informed via email about the closing of the main pool.

I did not like the fact that the main pool was under construction during my stay. Someone should have reached out to let me know in advance. The pool was 1 of the main factors when I was booking. It was disappointing to arrive and the pool was under construction. There were too many people there to use the infinity pool at Ocean Point. The staff was AMAZING! The property was clean and well maintained. The landscape was beautiful. Please to get rid of the towels with holes and stains. Room service SHOULD be available since the dining room is not in the main building. Having to walk in the rain to get to the buffet was a bit annoying. The food was ok. The soups were the best.

They never told us the main pool would be out of service they had one pool to be shared between 2 hotels it got really pack food was terrible and cold my friend found a hair in her food at jings not only was it bad but it would be cold… definitely not worth he over 1k we paid each!!

I like that the hotel is near i was a disappointed about the romms i was in because what iseen on line was not what i got and then the moved me to a room higjer abover and it smelled like a sewer. The rep that chucked me e wn came to the room juat to get an idea of what i was talking about and theyovws me to a lower side that seems like the area qhere sanitation goes so i had some bugs in my room and mold on the bathroom walla qheee i yook pictures of becuse you can see it on the walls. THIS WAS A MENTAL GER AWAY BECAUSE I WORK HARD SO I MADE THE BEAT OF IT DESPITE THE CONDITIONS OF ROOMS I WAS IN.

My girlfriend and I stayed (5nights) at Sonesta Maho All Inclusive resort where we were not satisfied the resort has waterbugs(roaches) inside the hotel(we seen them on the casino area) and out in the main areas where guests eat and go for entrainment our bathroom sink water had a very funny smell ( was scared to brush our teeth or wash our face with it) so we used bottled water instead,we were turned back from multiple restaurants on the resort stating that our clothing wasn’t proper attire which we weren’t naked (keep that in mind on an island that is hot and humid) also the staff in the main dining buffet area was very rude and made it seem like it was bothersome to ask any type of questions,every night the power went out and the hotel generators had to kick in multiple nights we had to sleep without an air conditioner we had no access to the main pool because it is under construction and the one pool open was always crowded, we paid for a pool view room and got the view of the pool construction site and when asked to change rooms they told us none was available the only pro to our stay was the limited activities that they offer we took full advantage of those.

There are lots of cats on the property so i fed them every day. All the staff is very friendly and they all look out for the animals as well. Even though the main pool was under construction, we still had a great stay. The ocean is so beautiful, we were at the beach every day! Already missing it and want to go back!
