My experience was overshadowed by the poor service provided by the front desk staff. While the hotel itself had some positive aspects, such as comfortable rooms and a pleasant location, the lack of hospitality from the staff was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival, I expected to be greeted warmly, but instead, I encountered a front desk staff member who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I had questions about my reservation and the amenities, the responses were curt and lacked the friendliness one would typically expect in a hospitality setting. Some additional training and focus on customer service, the staff could significantly enhance the guest experience. A smile and a willingness to assist go a long way in making guests feel welcome and valued.
Overall, while my stay had its merits, I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the front desk service. A little more attention to hospitality could transform this hotel into a truly exceptional place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future, should changes be made. I found the behavior of some staff members, particularly the young girls at the front desk, to be quite rude. It was disappointing as I expected a warm welcome and helpful service. However, I do want to mention that the older woman working at the front desk exhibited professionalism and class, which made a notable difference in my experience. Hope this feedback helps in improving future visits.
