Met by incredibly nice staff but our room had a urine splattered floor around the toilet, no shampoo — only conditioner— streaky dirty mop job, and not a single piece of equipment worked in the gym. No one said anything about the gym upon check-in and the options available. Concerns turned the friendly staff cold and everything directed to the GM. Thankfully Expedia helped us out of this inexcusable mess. Marriott, your Courtyard and A-Loft are horrible in Lubbock. You should really check into this gross misrepresentation of your brand there.

AC unit was so loud even ear plugs didn’t help. Walls are thin so you hear everyone in the hallway and the doors slam shut. Beds were comfy. Overall it was ok but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
