We like this hotel for its convenience. It is always comfortable and staff is friendly. There a couple of minor room issues this time. A light bulb out by bedside, and bathroom floor not as clean as I would like. Otherwise a great stay.

Nice people. Out of food. Average accommodation.
All of the staff was very nice/kind. The bartender (Alisha?) was a bit snippy at first, but she then warmed up and was a pleasure to speak to. That said, we were told the hotel was out of several items on the breakfast and dinner menus. This included cheese for the burgers, wings, fries, and waffles. Additionally, the water pressure for the sink in our room (room 432) was exceedingly low. However, the water pressure in the shower was fine.
