From the start, bad, bad. We are 2 couples, 2 rooms reserved. We arrived at 7 p.m. last night and the young woman at the desk was not the least friendly. We were not supposed to be charged until we checked in, she only asked for my ID, then she said my card had already been charged, for BOTH rooms, when we wanted to be charged separately. She said she couldn't do that and that the policy was to close out the charges at 3:00 p.m. Then, there was almost no water pressure in the bath sink, there was mold in the faucet, no hot water in shower until it was on for several minutes and then barely warm. The breakfast eggs, sausage were hard like they were left over from another day. When we left I asked the girl, a different one, to remove my credit card from their records; I will follow up on that for sure. We won't stay here again, and maybe no other La Quinta, either.
