We were in a room that had a horrible patch on the ceiling and random screw holes in the wall. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the kids felt the bathtub was dirty. The A/C worked great and the breakfast was OK.

The room was big, had working fridge. Beds were advertised as queens but were actually doubles. Beds were very hard. Carpets were stained. Bathroom outdated with facet/fixtures falling off. The shower just felt “icky” leaving you feeling dirty. The worst parts: The dining area smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. Made me think of drinking out of toilets. Creeped me out not to mention all the bird feathers, bird potty all over the property and the dead bird next to the pool. I didn’t let my kids go in there! The staff were kind and helpful.

Shower head was corroded and no pressure. There for two nights and no turndown service AT ALL. And no, I didn’t have the DND sign up. The pool was dirty and very cold. Breakfast was not great: juices were watery, gravy for biscuits was watery, and eggs and sausage were lukewarm. I have a reservation for November, I really hope they improve the situation.
