Not the best stay No tissues or wash rags tv wanting working over half the time.. the lady said it would be a $30 charge for late check out and I got charged $40. I have requested to have management or something contact me so we will see if they professionally resolve this issue

The staff is wonderful, the checkin and checkout process was smooth. The rooms are large and the pool courtyard is peaceful. One major thing about cleanliness needs to be addressed. Although the rooms are old and outdated, that doesn't matter to the customer as long as it's clean. This room was not clean, it needs a deep carpet shampoo. Thank you.

The hotel did not meet my expectations regarding its value and presentation. The appearance and amenities differed significantly from the images provided. Additionally, when I inquired at the front desk for a mint, I was directed to a nearby store. Overall, I felt disappointed with the experience.

Rooms and facility were dirty, outdated, and over powered with masking fragrances. The night desk clerk said she did not know English. Room was surprisingly and pleasantly large. Back door to was unlocked and didn't require key card to enter.

The property is older and has some maintenance issues, but they are prompt to address issues and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Trent at the front desk is friendly and really attentive to guest needs.

My key wasn’t working so I had to back up front and had to wait 5-7 minutes for front desk to even come up front. Pull out bed had dog hair, sunflower seed shells, crumbs, and even an Easter egg. The sheets were stained. Affordable but that’s about it.
