Front desk clerk screamed at wife telling her to leave because she asked for the room that was reserved when he gave her a different one. She left and went to another hotel. She had to call the police to meet her back at Baymont to get her drivers license because he wouldn’t give it back when asked for it before she left. Very frightened of the man. The police said they were very aware of that hotel and they had problems there frequently.

Cold A/C. No trash cans in room, roaches crawling on the walls. Room has recently been updated but facet wasn't connected to vanity sink. Breakfast was coffee, mini muffins and cereal. Staff was very friendly. Area was quite.

Checked in the first night and someone was asleep in our room said to be a employee but the room was messy so they moved us to a room that the sink was nasty and didn't work but we gave them one more try and the room was clean and nice but got ate with bedbugs so never again

There was flies all over my room, stains on the bedsheets, the ceiling paint was falling on us as we slept, the room reeked of cigarettes no matter how much we sprayed febreeze and had multiple crack heads knocking on our door throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here

The front desk was very friendly, our first room had dirty laundry left in the room. They switched us to a different one and that one the tv didnt work. There wasnt many food options.

Had a problem with my room with roaches and mouse’s and went to go ask for another the guy at the front desk was not helping us at all and told my wife to shut up because every new room that he gave us was not clean or somebody else was in it

Front desk agent was unpleasant, I’m assuming because I interrupted her tv watching. Soon as I stepped into the room, it smelt of mold and mildew. The bathroom was dirt, so was the carpet in the room , the bed was made but sheets either stained or had burn marks in them. The tv only had 4 channels unless you wanted to hook up your streaming apps, the remote control was missing its back. Then the ac unit rattles like it’s taking off into space. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my worse enemy.
