I honestly would give them 4.5-4.8 stars. Staff were polite. Room was spotless. Bed and pillows comfortable. And breakfast was good quality with hot food items and a waffle maker. My only 2 complaints were that the bathroom set up was not great. Awkward design with lots of extra space but no counter top or furniture to place my clothes or towels so that we had to place them on the floor or outside the bathroom. And this hotel is about 100 yards from the highway. So the traffic noise is quite loud during the day. But surprisingly didn’t keep us up at night.

I didn't like the "room service". There was only one option to choose from. It was mexican food. I like mexican food but this was terrible and over-priced. I'll DoorDash next time! Breakfast was mediocre.

Budget friendly, clean and safe hotel stay
No coffee maker in my room even though pods were made available. As I Ieft at 4AM, the desk agent kindly allowed me access to the breakfast room so I could get a cup of coffee. This was greatly appreciated!!

This was as expected for BW—clean, comfortable and satisfying breakfast. The only complaint was that the AC in the fitness room was turned off and no one except a manager who was unavailable had a key. The temperature was 81 degrees and high for me rendered it unavailable. I had selected this BW because of a fitness center as one of its features. Nonetheless there were sidewalks to a neighborhood that allowed walking and running.

Poor service. Requested daily room cleaning. Only correctly accomplished on last two nights (of 6-night stay). Some days room was cleaned, but no towels were exchanged, some days nothing was done. Super disappointed. Room carpets heinously dirty… just walk around in bare feet for a minute and you will see! Breakfast bar was below average… Luke warm milk served out of vacuum stainless pump (like the ones used to dispense coffee)…. Seriously… use a fridge for the milk! Staff was courteous, but overall experience was worst I’ve had at a hotel due to poor servicing of rooms… I paid way too much money for this hotel.

Glad we found this!
we travel through Lubbock on our way from Albuquerque to Austin regularly to visit family. This was a new choice for overnighting. It was terrific — quiet, clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast.

All the workers were very nice. The parking lot was well lit. It was a home football game and the hotel was sold out or near sold out but didn’t feel packed or overly crowded or loud. The room’s air conditioner wouldn’t stay on for more than 6 hours. The bathroom had a dirty washcloth left behind, the bathroom door was so squeaky.
