The air conditioner made a horrible rattling sound so I had to leave it on fan, the cold water in the bathroom sink was HARD to turn on and then just trickled, and the floors were VERY dirty

The staff were very friendly. Decent breakfast. Quiet AC. The property needs some renovations. Creaky floors, old paint, low water pressure, but the price was right for Lubbock and the location is convenient to the university and medical center. One night is fine. Maybe not an exteded stay.

The lady at the front desk spoke to us in a very condescending tone. There were two floor boards that were undone in our room, and the hot water part of the sink was stuck so we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. Our room also smelled like wet dog in the room. We also booked the hotel because it had a pool and the pool was closed.

Please do better

Wood floors were severely water damaged so we needed to wear shoes to not hurt our feet. Bathroom floor and tub was dirty dirty dirty. Door were pretty hard to open and close for the bathroom. Came up to lubbock overnight to visit my daughter and probably will never stay there again!
