Do not stay here!!! Room 202 is infested with bed bugs. After calling to speak to the manager, she has yet returned my call. The guy today said, “she will call you when she can.” I chose this hotel because of the location, but I regret staying there. My daughter got bit by bed bugs, restroom was disgusting, it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed, and people yelling after 11pm. Do not stay here.

The staff was nice. Rooms were clean. We did have to be given a different room when we checked in because the ac unit was broken, but second room was fine. This location didn't have good sinage at the road and I missed it a couple times. It also wasn't the most convenient place for us to choose. Overall it was a good pick for the price. Good value.

Won’t come again

Room needed a lot of repairs and some repairs had been done poorly. Air unit was coming off wall, floor was not down good. Bed was messed up with a spring or something. Majority was clean but something’s hadn’t been touched.

Room 108 needed attention

The room was clean, but there was a smear ( very tiny) of BM on the wall next to the toilet. The lamp on the desk, and coffee maker were both not working. A REALLY WEIRD PHENOMENA OF FOX NEWS MUTED. All other channels worked. Hmmmmm? All but the BM smear was reported to the front desk clerk. I forgot that very important part of BM smear. In light of all the above so still gave a $5 dollar tip to maids for all their hard work. Room 108 Thank you, Shannon Slaton

It wasnt bad. Our sheets ended up having stains as did the shower curtain. Some hair on the wall in shower as well as some crusty yellow stuff. Mightve just been a bad day.

Good neighborhood, good place to rest.

Ok place to rest and take care of business, the staff was great and the service as well. Property needs some maintenance in the rooms (floor coming up, leaky tub faucet, room door lock was loose).

Good hotel going down hill

Easy check in, I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Opened my room turned on bathroom light, bathroom was clean. I went further in living room I kept hearing floor cracking. Made my way to the ac unit to turn on heater in the freezing room. Open the curtain to get more light into the room that’s when I saw all the wood flooring all buckled up and coming up. I knew that this room had flooded making all the boards turn up come apart for each other. Sofa had many stains and sunk way down when I sat on it. Bed was ok I had some friends stop by and asked if I was really going to stay here. My plan was to stay till morning but I grabbed my stuff and left. I knew if tried I to get my money back it probably going to be a hassle. So I drove 150 miles back home rather than stay there.

Enjoyed my stay, young lady got me all fixed up upon arrival, room was clean, shower pressure was phenomenal, after riding my motorcycle 6 hours in the hold a hot shower was the best. Woke up around 9, and to my surprise a full breakfast was still available….and noon checkout!! If I ever find myself in Lubbock again I’ll be staying here.
