I overnight at this place for several years, and like it. However, maintenance and cleaning (particularely lower section that require stooping) are slowly fading.

My son fell in the shower at around 2:30 am. I tried to call the front desk or maintenance and the phone wasn't working. I'm the morning, I called with my husband's phone. The lady, at the front desk, didn't appear to be concerned about my son's condition resulting from the fall. I told her that if it could get fixed, before I would shower because I have osteoarthritis and was afraid to fall. She didn't do anything about it. Therefore, I didn't get to shower before leaving the hotel. I feel that she was very inconsiderate. I'm afraid that someone else might end up getting badly hurt! My room # was 427.

This property feels new but needs a good cleaning. The room was decently dusty and stained. I found several hairs in the bathroom and shower. Pool is great but there are no towels available. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Good options to choose from.

Room not very clean
Room looked like it hadn't been really cleaned recently. Bed linen and towels seemed clean, but the floor obviously hadn't been vacuumed or mopped in a really long time. We were there 3 nights . Once during that time, housekeeping came and made the bed, but didn't empty trash, remove damp towels from the floor, or do any cleaning. We will not stay there again.
