The towels in our room were stained and so was one of the comforters. our coffee maker was mixing a part so we couldn’t make a cup coffee. Went down the hall to get ice and the ice machine was out of order.

Unfortunately the room was a bit dirtier than expected. The bathroom mirror still had stains from the previous guests. There’s lots of dust on the lamps. The sheets also had stains. It was good for a night stay though.

No sheets or pillows for the rooms junior suite foldout couch bed. When unfolding the couch bed several cigarette butts popped up from the mattress among dirty stains. Fewer towels were provided for the weekend stay. Ice machine on floor broke, sticky floor inside elevator.

I stayed an extra day and had asked the room staff that all I needed was extra towels and they did not replenish or do the beds as I requested after staying 2 nights and deciding to stay a 3rd . I did go down stairs and front desk did immediately get me some towels and the front desk staff was very friendly and inviting and also good conversation.

We were suppose to have 2 queen beds and we had 2 full size beds. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion containers were all empty. The breakfast was not great.
