This hotel was dirty and terrible with communication. We checked out after one night and they still charged us for four nights despite us confirming that we would be refunded for the three days we did not stay there. Words cannot express how unhappy we were at this hotel and this entire experience. Please do not stay here.

DIRTY… BEYOND GROSS! This place needs new management and definitely new housekeepers. I just knew this place was going to be dirty as soon as we walked in. The floor was so sticky, and the staff didn’t seemed to cared. Check in area was no difference. As we walked towards the elevator, and saw how disgusting the carpet/floors were. I just knew that our room was going to be a nightmare. It sure was. Blood stains on the shower curtain, toilet. Clogged bathtub. Sheets were ripped and stained. This room was a 0/10. We paid $380 for 2 nights, it should be more like $100 for 2 nights. Whoever is in charge of the housekeepers needs to be trained including the housekeepers. Cursing and being so loud and FaceTiming while “supposedly”cleaning. That’s why these rooms are cleansed the right away. The house keeps flirting around and talking about peoples belongings.

Already opened a ticket/ case with Orbitz about this. This hotel was understaffed , no housekeeping available when I arrived. Outside strobe light blasting blinking light into our room. Room was smelly and musty. The lobby was disheveled. Another guest was complaining of pubic hairs in her bed and showed pictures to prove it. The hotel was fully occupied so they could not put us in another room. Furthermore, the front desk attendant, Ali, said they did not have any capability to stop the flashing strobe light because it was the light owned by the property next door, yet it was facing our window, directly pointing into our window. It was so bright and obnoxious , that my daughter and I saw it from the highway pulling in and even said , “I hope that’s not flashing into our room”! Also, Ali told us there was no housekeeping to clean the rooms. Therefore, That both of our situations needed to wait until the morning , which is NOT a solution. Another guest came down waving his hands around and I left the building immediately as I was so disgusted so I am not sure as to why he was so upset, but he was very visibly upset nonetheless. My daughter and I had to sleep in our car! Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

our room was given to someone else after we checked in. they were sold out and it was handled very poorly!! I wanted to stay only one night instead of 2 and the hotel would not approve it!! Completely ridiculous !! How do you stay in business with such terrible customer service!!!
