My kids and I stayed one night before my daughter's move in date at Texas Tech. The room was passable, but i definitely won't stay again. The area the motel was located in was suspect, a lot of unsavory individuals lingering around the property. The room is in desperate need of renovations... everything was old and outdated. The area is poorly lit. Overall, an experience i could have done without.

Nice trip

It was very nice to arrive, check in, then relax in our room. We were very tired. We fell asleep quite quickly without feeling jittery from travel. The shower was a bit difficult to figure out, but we managed it successfully. It was fairly quiet. The bed was clean and inviting. All in all I would give the property a 7 out of 10 rating.
