Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bed was very comfortable. A little tall but still comfortable. The room temperature took a little adjustment as it was humid initially but I figured it out. I didn't like that towels were not replaced when I left my used ones on the floor. I guess replaced towels has to be directly asked or stated to the front desk or house keeping. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again should I ever find myself in Lubbock for an overnight or longer stay..worth the money..

We loved the buffet breakfast, especially the made to order omelets. We did not like how the tub drain was clogged before we got there. I'm surprised the cleaning crew didn't notice before making the room available.

Older hotel with excellent breakfast

This is an older Embassy Suites hotel in a good location just off the Lubbock south loop. The room was comfortable and partially remodeled. While it was clean, there were several maintenance issues that should have been reported by the housekeeping staff and fixed. Front desk was friendly but slightly disorganized. Best feature was the breakfast which was a full buffet and also offered made-to-order omelets.

We found the hotel to be as clean as you would expect a hotel to be. We especially enjoyed the Friday night acoustic performance in the bar/restaurant area. Breakfast was better than most. The only complaint I have is that my bed was super squeaky and not overly comfortable.

A bit tired but still a great value

This is our go to place when travelling to CO or doing research at Tech. Some of the rooms are getting a little tired - carpet wrinkled, missing coffee table, outlets that don't work, etc. Still a great value.

This is the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. The manager's reception was outstanding… authentic glasses and generous drinks. Breakfast was terrific as well. I'm just sorry that we were unable to stay longer!
