Mis Lilly and staff were awesome . Only issue the breakfast area wasn’t very clean- the lady did keep it clean. Hotel does need some TLC and more cleaning. Someone next door to us was smoking weed. People above us were so loud woke us up - called front desk and taken care of promptly.

Hated it rude front desk employees ever

They didn’t have the right room she wouldn’t compass the right room. She said the TVs were broken in the king rooms. She wouldn’t check us out. Her name is Lisa how to spend more money on another room. She failed to tell us that the first place will never stay there again. I just want my money back, we ended up spending another $130

Pool was drained

The pool was under construction and when traveling with three children we were very disappointed. No one told us when we made reservations or checked in. My kids just had to look out the window the whole week at a drained pool.
