In room 227 that I was in was playing carpet look no bathrooms clean everything was great the bed was just a little hard but clean would stay here again for sure

The hotel was clean and quiet. The elevator is very slow, but we took the stairs if we werent carrying luggage. The pool area was clean and seemed well maintained. Breakfast was good.

Wish I would have know the pool was closed.
I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. I was only staying one night while I was in town to pick up my niece and nephew to bring them to Florida. I was very sad when I checked in and found out the pool was not open. I would have stayed at a different hotel.

Don’t think I’ll be staying here again
Tried to call the hotel, but I was going to be late checking in on Friday, but could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk for hours. The king size mattress I was sleeping on was horrible. The floor was not level as a man with peripheral neuropathy problems made it difficult to walk, especially at night. Breakfast was OK though

Easy access to where we needed to go. Upon checking in, I specifically asked if the pool was available. I needed it for rehab of my left hip. I was told it was. That night I saw a note on the door of pool that it was closed. Next day I inquired & was told something about cleaning & would be available in afternoon. Then I received a call from the front desk that it would not be fixed. Attendant was super nice but I missed 3 days of rehab & not pleased. I was refunded for a night, but again I would have rather paid full price & do rehab.
