Sketchy at best - 5 days NEVER cleaned room

Went for emergency medical care. Required to pay $100 deposit. Which wasn't a hold - full charge. Allow extra 25 minutes for check out as they physically go check room before you can check out and get $100 refunded. Stayed 5 days. Room NEVER cleaned despite specifically requesting it to be cleaned. They told us upfront on first day that they gave special rate for hospital but they tried to overcharge on 3rd day, claiming it would go back down the next day. Charged the higher rate without saying anything then claimed no ability to refund. My husband is former police officer who lost his leg in the line of duty. When they found out he had been cop, they acted really concerned. Things seemed sketchy. DISH TV card required resetting several times and popped up on screen that it was invalid card - possibly illegal. Free breakfast was waffle machine and that was about it. Walked away. Husband came back to room in middle night to rest from hospital (I'm admitted) to find all doors locked to building and no phone numbers on door. He had to beat the doors like he was robbing the place for desk clerk to appear - wasn't at front desk. EVERY BIT OF THIS WAS SKETCHY AT BEST. Someone in unmarked van would show up and staff would take brown bag to driver. Don't know what that was about. Finally checked out and decided to better to be uncomfortable sleeping in hospital than give these sketchy people money.

Very Dirty, walls, chairs in the room we're stained. Restrooms were filthy, wall paint chipping, even had air bubbles in the wall from paint coming off. The owners kept saying racist comments to my two employees.

Cheap Hotel with a few complaints

Stayed one night. Room and beds were clean. However, found a nasty hair in the tub upon first showering. The a/c unit wasn’t blowing cold air, which made for a bit of a warm sleep. Overall, it was a quiet and cheap place to stay while in town. Would I stay there again, probably not.

The desk staff was friendly but not personable. We had a hard time finding the motel so depending on what direction you are coming from there might be places easier to get to. I didn’t notice any dining in the immediate area so that would have been an issue. The room was nice, clean and quiet.

Didn't really have a problem, but noticed my rental car had the center pieces of the wheels stolen while parked there. Other than that this place was perfect for the price.

Clean, comfy beds, amd located near university and major hospital. The only issue was there were loud hotel guests and you could hear their tv and door slamming throughout the night.

Good for the price.

It was great for what I needed. Overall, clean, but dated. Chairs were stained and some obvious signs of wear, but a good price. It was safe and the bed was comfortable.
