My wife and I were driving back home from Colorado . We just needed a place to rest for the night and get back on the road in the morning. This hotel was a little out of the way from our path but from the reviews we were seeing in town this one was the one to go to. Our stay was perfect. Many dining options close to the hotel . The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff at check in and check out were very pleasant.

Driving thru Lubbock with a quick peek at Tech
There was some sort of maintenance problem creating an uncomfortable smell in the hall upstairs and we had no real window being in the center second floor. Otherwise everything was great, Very large room, easy parking, quiet and comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping

The hotels need to get a face lift. I stayed there for 4 nights and I only received one time room service and I had to ask for it. The Covid time is well behind us but the hotel industry is still. Using the Covid as an excuse to not give service. Not fare to us
