The drinks in the cooler is outrageously priced. I do not think you should charge $5 for a bottle of water or $3 for a coke. These little things makes a big difference in staying at a motel. You are charging double for a drink so are you charging double for your room. Plus it was not clear if there was breakfast included in that price. A little disappointed in both of these.

Didn't have such a great experience this time, unfortunately, starting with trying to change the dates of my reservation and being told that I would be charged for the wrong dates as well as the new dates. Second: My room was one of the older ones, and needs an upgrade. Third: The staff at check-in was not in a good mood and the system was also down.

Great stay
We travel to Lubbock on a somewhat regular basis but somehow this is our first stay at this hotel. It turned out to be great and better than the nearby competitors. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. They don't offer a complimentary breakfast which may be important to some. We would recommend and plan to return.
