Remodel

Property is under a heavy renovation that we were unaware of. The rooms were clean but the bathroom had some old water damage on the walls and ceiling. The bed was very comfortable.

Decent stay but not worth the price

Cons: Bathtub was dirty with particles and hair from prior guest, looks like cleanliness was not a priority. The restroom had no toilet paper, went down to ask and was given one roll and disbelief as if we made it up. The shower hot water temp wqs lukewarm at best and only got colder as the shower went on. The doors seem to have a gap that doesnt allow them to shut flush. The pool and hot tub are not functioning, the pool temp is frigid cold. Its a bummer that it advertises an indoor pool that they dont bother to heat nor clean. Elevator is slow as well as check in, had to call the hotel to get someone to the front desk upon arrival Cons: breakfast attendant was so kind and worked fast to keep breakfast stocked. Pillows and bed were comfy. Plenty of outlets to use.

There were lots of renovating going on, the halls were crowded with cabinets and construction. The room we were given was on the first floor, the door would not lock and there were no more rooms available so we had to wiggle it around and mess with it so it would lock. The door just had to be pushed hard enough, and it would open. The room itself was clean and nice overall. The shower was nice, but the water did not get hot at all!! was under what you would consider "warm". My daughter showered and had to literally rush because the water was too cold. The room really was nice and clean and comfortable I would maybe not stay again due to the water situation. My daughter is an athlete, and the hot water helps her with muscle aches and what not. I do want to point out the lady at front desk was really nice and helpful.

Family retreat gone wrong

The hotel was under construction, and that was not listed on the website. The furnishings were new and nice, but the door on rm 210 didn’t align properly making it difficult to lock when leaving the room. Long black hair all over bathroom floor. Daughter was given a broom and pan so we cleaned it ourselves. And pool and spa were both Cold. Only positive was the breakfast bar
