NO HOT WATER
We had a rough night moving our child into texas tech. Came back late to sleep and got woke up with an early phone call from the front desk saying they were about to shut off hot water until an unknown time. We asked to have our check out from noon extended and front desk said no because that room was “already rented out”. We asked for a refund to go to another hotel and were also told no, that they could offer a few points for Hilton rewards instead. If we knew this was the case we would have not booked a stay last night with them! How is anybody supposed to shower with cold water and just walk out to the 30 degree weather? Angela, the front desk girl was VERY rude to us and not apologetic at all!! We will never stay here again!!

Clean and felt safe
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen had pots, pans, toaster, knives, etc. Only complaints would be only 1 spoon and 2 forks and cracking/ stained paint above the shower. Breakfast was good. Didnt feel unsafe at all.

It was fine but not great. I would not recommend staying on the first floor as there are a ton of lights outside which shine into the room. The hotel rooms need to be repainted and our toilet was running.
