there was no phone system , and we traveled with 5 other couples and they had no phone service to the desk or room to room. Food was left in the ice box and micro wave, I used my mobile and called front desk and they said I could bring it down. I put out in hallway. The bathroom sink water barely would run, the commode did not work properly. No maid service. Actually saw one maid in the two days I was there. It was a bad experience and I will never stay there again. I believe the Hotel is having Financial problems. Football season were they should be booked and should have a good experience the other couples I traveled with all felt the same.

Room 625 -- did not have a hair dryer, bathroom was not clean, phone did not work, poor water pressure in bath sink, shower floor slippery and dangerous (had to put a towel on shower floor), no soap/shampoo tray in shower (had apparently been broken off). Hotel was poorly managed and we will likely not stay in a La Quinta again.

Great hotel. The check in was a bit confused as the clerk wrote the wrong room number on the key folder. After hauling all my stuff up to the fourth floor and finding that the key didn’t work I discovered that I had to go back down to the check in desk and start all over. The room was nice and I had a great notes rest

Never Again
Almost everything in the room was broken or dirty. The phone was a prop, the WiFi wasn't working, light bulbs were out, the couches were stained and the front desk gave us the runaround for the entire time we were there. We were supposed to have a room with a tub - didn't then we were going to be moved to a room with better Wifi but it took until almost 5pm on the second day to do that which wasted the entire day of work for us. Were told there would be a discount because it was so terrible but there wasn't then were upset that I even asked for it.

We did not have a great experience when I came to the room. Our first room had a stopped up sink. We called the front and they moved us to the room next door. The new bathroom and room smelt like sewer. The bathroom had bugs in the sink and the shower hadn't been cleaned. We were just staying one night to prepare for a surgery the next day so we decided to just sleep.
