Little disappointed

Bathtub was extremely slick. Potential fall hazard. No wash cloths provided. No soap provided. I have stayed at this location before and was always pleased.

A little less than expected.

There was no remote in the room what we arrived and it took about 45 minutes until they brought one to the room. The ice machines were not working accept for the one on the first floor that was on the other side of the large lobby area from the elevator. There are renovating the hotel and there was debris on the carpet in the hallways. Three room also smelled like the air freshener that is sprayed if there was a fire. At check in we were rushed in.

The cleanliness just goes to attention to detail. The door to the bathroom was pretty dirty she the ac filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The staff was friendly though and the bed slept well

We arrived at 2 and check in wasn’t until 3. We were charged an early check in fee of $30.00 even though room was ready. I could understand if we were hours early but I think the fee could have been waived

We have stayed here before and really enjoy it! It’s always clean and convenient and staff is always friendly and helpful. This past time we went the tv would not work and apparently every room was that way and there was no parking anywhere if you arrived late at night. Several people voiced their opinion regarding this and nothing was done about it.

This place is very run down. We had to switch rooms due to broken toilet seat and toilet holder hanging off the wall and room smell. Our second room was better than the first but hot most of the night as AC didn’t start cooling till around 1am. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok need more options. Staff was very helpful and fast in switching our rooms and even apologetic. Overall hotel stay was ok for last minute booking.
