Great staff. Great location. I rated 5 stars because all my needs and expectations were met however be aware the property is somewhat dated. If you are looking for hip with modern art then not your place.. if you want comfortable and convenient with attentive staff and top notch beds, towels and linens (important to us 50 folk) then you won't be disappointed.

Our bathroom was gross. The caulk had a lot of stained black in it- like mold. The toilet was so short that we had to use the door handle to help guide us down and not fall. The floor planks moved around- wasnt installed correctly. Otherwise the beds were extremely comforable and the staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was so so.... it did its job but wasnt exciting. Lol

Terrible bathroom!
I wanted to rate this hotel as good because I could tell it was once a nice hotel. The lobby and other inside common areas were older decor but were well-kept. The beds were pretty comfortable and the shower pressure was good, however, the bathroom was atrocious. It looked like someone on crack had tried to make updates and failed. The paint was horribly messy, the tub fixtures looked like old chrome ones from an old 1970s Travelodge that we stayed in when I was a kid. The shower head was wobbling in the wall and there was an unsealed cutout around it. The grout was dirty and the caulk was moldy. The floor was that old thin vinyl sheeting and it was warped underneath like it had moisture from the shower leaking. Do supervisors not inspect the work of their employees! Also, I was afraid my experience was not going to be pleasant when I drove up and every window in the hotel was dirty. You could not even see out of the room windows. For these reasons, I would never stay here again. It was supposed to be a treat for my granddaughters but what a disappointment. I have no idea how it had good reviews.

This hotel seems to be very old inside. It looked like walking into one of the old Vegas Casino's. The furniture, carpets are very old. However, the hotel is kept clean inside at least and functioning well. I wish they can upgrade soon. 1. Staff: Good staff. My personal impression is that this is an old place and the staff working there have aged with the hotel. It is nice to see senior staff. But Senior or younger, the idea is Customer Service. I don't think the staff at the reception are not trying to be the best at CS. They are not rude, but feels like going to a public hospital and speaking to a PA or a nurse who will be retiring next month. 2. Cleanliness: The hotel has been kep very clean. Have to admit that it was not smelling aweful, with its age. 3. Facilities: Gym & Swimming pool: Gym for the size of that hotel is very small and has some equipment. Can keep it going but not the modern types. The swimming pool was old and I wouldn't personally ever get into it. 4. Restaurant and food: The breakfast is just aweful. All of the food is not good in taste and quality. I didn't eat any other food there as I stayed there only for a night. 5. Room: We stayed for a night there. The beds were well made and clean. A/C and wind flow is good. TV was 26 inches wide and old. Furniture looked old too. Shower was ok but the shower faucet is really old. It is just my feedback that the place needs a full make over in all departments.

Meh. Not so great.
It was pretty ratchet, not terrible just not great. I know it wasn’t the most expensive room in town but it certainly wasn’t the cheapest. The carpets were kinda gross, the hallways are very dimly lit and I was a little worried that the tub was gonna fall through the floor with me in it. There was a bed to sleep in so I guess they held up their end of the bargain. I don’t see myself going back.

Clean, overnight stay. Bed was new but tharder than i personally prefer. Food, drinks, etc on site. Once you check in, you can stay and have necessities on the premises. Convenience stores within walking distance. Walmart within walking distance.

Unable to get hotel shuttle due to the college game. Looks like they cater to game day guests. Called and waited one hour and thirty minutes for shuttle never showed. Had to call uber. Overall condition of property worn out / old. No attention to details, booked way ahead of time for 4 people when we arrived only 2 towels in room, Breakfast buffet underwhelming. Nothing fresh all processed cheap food , Nothing was being restocked had to ask then to get attitude from attendant. The only upside was the friendly fast multitasking omelette station cook.
