Disappointed in the condition of this hotel. With its reputation we were very let down. We had to have our room keys rekeyed and asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out and 10 hours later it was untouched. After contacting the front desk to see if towels could be brought up the desk clerk said he was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk. I said I’d come down and get them and he said he was unable to go get any. The room floor hadn’t been vacuumed when we first arrived or if it had they’d done a poor job of it. The bathtub had rust stains. Just an overall bad experience and we will not stay here again.
