This is probably the nicest hotel in Lubbock. That being said, it is starting to show its age. I think this has more to do with the quality of maintenance as the hotel is only 15 years old. The two complimentary bottles of water was nice. Room service options were decently priced.

Room should have been ready at 4pm - didn't get in until 6ish. I received a complimentary breakfast. lol Very nice hotel otherwise - just disappointed because I paid to stay somewhere nice and ended up paying for 2 plus hours that I did not get. Also the staff kept badmouthing the hotel because of their lack of benefits within the hotel.
