The first thing that I didn’t like was the night shift young lady on front desk, her bad treatments. She doesn’t friendly, and never help me when I needed.

Desk clerk (young lady) was not friendly at checkin and was not helpful. I got in my rom and I notice No towel at all in my room and I went to front desk to get it and she gave me just one shower towel. She said no face towel available and even she didn’t give me a second shower towel to use as face towel. She doesn’t care about the costumers. I think she doesn’t like work with people.

I was checked in to someone else’s room or room that hadn’t been cleaned and this was at 10 pm. Kind of scared me going in someone else’s room and then the second room couldn’t get in because the door knob was installed upside down that was weird. After breakfast key did not work to get back in my room (electronic key). Floors were pretty dirty in hallways like coffee or soda spills but the price was descent get what you pay for. Hotels app was supposed to give me 10% off and that didn’t happen either. Uber wanted 46$ to go 12 miles from the airport so try lift close to half the price.

Room was filthy old and broken. Hard lime residue in the bathroom dust all over the curtains, bed was hard. The sheets had holes and stains. Staff were not helpful.

Great minus that male night front desk.

Everything was great except the fact that when my husband got off work and asked for towels he was rudely and quickly told we don't have any. We forgot to ask for towels that morning and stayed for 3 days, but the night male front desk person could have been more accommodating. Other than that breakfast was great and other staff were very helpful.

We chose a hotel that had a hottub and paid more for it. We got there around 6 pm and the pool and hottub were full of women and their toddlers until 9 pm. Our room feature two areas of vomit, one on the wall and one on the bedskirt. The ac did not work until the girl at the front desk came in and reset it. This helped with the stale smell. My daughter is disabled and uses a power chair so we had an accessible room. The shower chair was broken and there was no handheld shower head. The hairdryer did not work at all. The girl at the front desk was doing maintenance and housekeeping along with checking people in. Very disappointed.

Night staff was on the phone with a friend entire time while checking us in. Did not explain anything i had to ask about breakfast and pool hrs. Morning staff was chatting amongst themselves but polite when a guest came up. Place is average but cheap. Also for a while was the only place with a working jacuzzi.
