Don’t even waste your time or money on this place
This place is horrible, it’s so nasty and dirty. Hallways to the rooms were dirty and smelling of mold. Rooms even worse, they smell like mold and bathrooms are dirty beds had hair and towels had insulation and dirty from the ceiling which was falling in the bathroom. Woman and front counter is rude and didn’t want to give us a refund for checking in and checking right back out a few hours later, only reason it took that long is we were in town for a funeral and we were rushing to the viewing before it ended.

The hallway had not been vacuumed in ages. The room was not vacuumed, the entire place was dirty, the sink was filthy. The comforter had obviously not been washed it had a strong pee odor. The ceiling above the shower was falling in and stuffed with what seemed to be toilet paper.

The property is seriously run down in common areas. No pool towels, jets in luke warm hot tub didn't work, staff less than friendly. Exterior doors left open so anyone could come and go from stairwells.

This place is a bit weird, though it may be common for Lubbock. I've stayed here a few times. It's relieably fairly comfortable and clean, with a few stains in the ceiling tile and restroom trim.

The photos of this facility must be from opening day as it no longer resembles them in any way. It is dark, dingy, very run down and filthy. The elevator has open wiring which is a code violation. My room must have been a party room for hookers as the bedspread was stained, the mattress pad had a smear of what appeared to be fecal matter or dried blood, and there was a disgusting substance on the wall above the nightstand that had dripped down and dried in place. The night stands both had stains from liquids drying in place. I will say the desk clerk, who was notibly absent when I checked in, was quick to offer me a refund which has yet to show up on my credit card. She was also unable to print me a receipt and apologized and said it would be emailed. Again, has yet to show up. If the city had health inspectors, this place would be shut down. I have pictures.

Hotel looks very outdated, the toilet in our bathroom had mold, they need to work a lot on the cleaning of the hotel in general. The curtains in one of our rooms looked like they had blood stains. I would never stay there again
