Will not go back!

The sink in the bathroom only had hot water and very little of that. We asked for maintenance to fix it and nothing changed. We asked to speak to a manager and was given an incorrect email. We left without it being addressed with no compensation for our inconvenience. Will not go back

I booked 3 nights, room was never cleaned or dusted. We were out of toilet paper and towels weren't replaced. We had to go down to lobby and keep asking for towels and paper. Lobby entrance wasn't mopped or dusted. Poor fish in tank wasn't maintained and water was dirty. Outside of hotel looked good but didn't think service was going to be awful as far as cleanliness. Breakfast was good and front desk was friendly.

The property was decent. My complaint is the fact that pictures always make a hotel look better. It needs to be updated. Paint chipping on a lot of the walls. Our room was mostly clean; housekeeping needs to do better on wiping down the furniture. When the sunlight hit the furniture a certain way you could seen the nasty fingerprints etc. Furniture should be cleaned after every stay.

We actually ended up not staying at this hotel it was in such poor shape. We took about half a dozen pictures of Filth and at this point I have yet to receive a refund and we had to find another hotel to stay in last minute on graduation weekend

The washer and dryer did not work. The treadmills did not work in workout room. They didn’t have the complimentary hygiene items that they say they have. Restroom look like it was falling apart. Elevator might kill someone because the sensor I believe is broken.
