Facility is lacking proper maintenance. Someone used electrical tape to fix a leaky shower head. Our bed comforter was shredded and stained. The towels were so thin you could see through them.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It was extremely dirty. The furniture was covered with dust and the couch in the room had stains on it. The mirror had water splatters all over it. The handicap handrails were dusty. The entire room looked as though it had not been cleaned for weeks. When we spoke to the manager about it, he stated that the have more rooms than the can clean.

Overall for the time we spent there it was okay. Would have felt better had we not had stained linens with holes in them which we had to kick off the bed. The tv was barely attached to the wall and didn’t work consistently. Some of the furniture in the room was not clean.

Very dirty rooms , there was mold in our air conditioner, it smelled like mildew in our room, rust everywhere, stains all over the floor and chair, breaskfast was okay, tv didnt work. This place is definitely riddled with mold and needs a very big upgrade. They never had extra pillows, blankets or towels. I just dont recommended if you want a decent place to stay. It was the most unclean place ive ever stayed at.

The rooms have the light bulbs taken out. Also, I came in my room to find a broken lamp, a whole punched through the closet door, and a non-working fridge. They brought a new fridge, but that was the only fix.

The young woman who checked me in seemed tense and distracted. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed, but the common areas, especially around the elevators, were very beat up and worn. The breakfast was very typical of what I’ve come to expect for “free”.

The check in was nice and friendly. When we get to the room, immediately saw the window wide open, dirty carpet, duvet had tears and stains, the desk chair broke, room chair stained and nasty, lamp shade bent and cracked, no hair dryer, no TV remote and the bathroom needed attention. I let front desk know immediately. Her answer was an apology and that she would make a note of everything, get us a remote, and let the morning shift person know that I needed access to a room in the morning for a hairdryer. I asked to move rooms and she said that she did not have any available. We checked in at 9pm with 4 cars in the parking lot. We should have left but we were tired, being at the hospital all day. We then go to the pool. The hot tub water looked dirty, yellow, and was not hot---colder than the warm pool water. There was trash by the tables and the pool bathroom was nasty. Heading back to the room, we ask for 6 towels-- only provided 2 upon check in. We waited 45 minutes before I called to check on towels. It's almost midnight. We had our PJs on and front desk guy asks that I go get the towels. I was given 4--towels that looked old and thin. I again ask to change rooms ---the TV didn't work after 3 remotes were provided. Again, the response--it would be noted. I have never had a bad experience with previous Sleep Inns. This place was an awful experience.

My room was not cleaned before checking in . The sheets had blood on them along with brown and yellow bodily fluids on them . I called the front desk as soon as I noticed it the fallowing morning . I was told they would change the sheets but they normally only wash sheets every 2 days is what i was told . My sheets never got changed . I addressed the issues and nothing was done about it . I’ve asked for a refund and they refused to do so . My son and I didn’t not dirty up the room at all .
