Great place, friendly and comfortable ...
A little out of town, but well worth the stay. The place is in excellent condition and amazingly clean. The host was very keen to serve and to ensure that I was happy and comfortable at all times. Well recommended and a fantastic price!

La struttura non esiste ovvero c'è, ma è occupata da un gruppo di extracomunitari che ne stanno compromettendo la funzionalità. Mi meraviglio come un gruppo come il vostro non faccia verifiche dei suoi hosts e faccia trovare la clientela spiazzata in questo modo. Richiesto rimborso immediato.

Hotel był zamknięty kiedy dotarłem na miejsce. Nawet jakby był otwarty, wyglądał jak z horroru. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

La struttura è fin troppo essenziale. Almeno i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una robusta ristrutturazione. Il gestore però è molto simpatico, e sollecito nell'accontentare i clienti nelle loro esigenze.

Clima familiare ed accogliente. Ambiente semplice ma curato. Personale disponibile e molto cordiale. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è l'ospitalità e il fsrti sentire come a casa tua. La cosa che avrei grafito è un po' più di ordine degli spazi esterni.

PARA SER PÉSSIMO, TEM QUE MELHORAR MUITO!
Chegamos após um dia de viagem, com a expectativa de descansar e curtir o passeio no dia seguinte. Mas para nossa surpresa, ESSA POCILGA, estava completamente escura, sem qualquer tipo de sinalização, e o PIOR: ESTAVA FECHADA. Bati na porta, e fui atendida por um homem (sem uniforme, ou qualquer identificação, fumando) que disse estar com problemas na pousada e que não poderia nos atender naquela noite. Me devolveu na hora o dinheiro que eu havia pagado, e por volta das 21 horas, eu estava sem hotel pra descansar. Optei por ficar em um hotel em Pisa (consegui aqui mesmo, pelo aplicativo) mas a minha insatisfação, por ter tido meus direitos violados, na frente dos meus familiares, me leva aqui, a protestar contra essa COISA HORROROSA chamada de hotel. NÃO FAÇAM SUAS RESERVAS NESTE LUGAR. E ao hoteis.com deixo a sugestão de não trabalharem mais com empresas deste porte.

Una sorpresa
Avendo prenotato una stanza a Lucca, nei giorni del Lucca comics and games, Tropical B&B ci offriva un prezzo stracciatissimo per una stanza doppia per una notte. Perciò eravamo un po' preoccupati su cosa ci avrebbe aspettato al nostro arrivo. Il B&B è facile da raggiungere e non troppo lontano dal centro, anche se non si ha la macchina, passano autobus da e verso il centro, proprio vicino ad esso. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo solare e gentile che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. La nostra stanza era molto pulita e anche il bagno in comune ci ha molto sorpreso per la pulizia. Al mattino per colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, ci sono stati offerti caffè, pancakes, marmellata, yogurt. Tutto molto buono. Siamo stati molto bene, la zona è molto tranquilla e abbiamo riposato bene. Ancora complimenti al ragazzo che si occupa della gestione e della pulizia di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Hyggelig sted for reisende på budsjett
Bra sted for reisende på budsjett. Det tar ca 20 min å gå til bymuren i Lucca. Eieren var veldig hyggelig. Han snakket lite engelsk, men prøvde å forklare så godt han kunne. Han kan godt spansk, så det hjelper mye dersom man snakker dette. Hyggelig frokost ved spisebordet på kjøkkenet der eieren står og lager middag og prater med gjestene.

Assolutamente da evitare
La struttura consiste in una villetta a due piani. All'arrivo si è costretti a telefonare perchè non esiste un'entrata ben chiara con un campanello. Il gestore si mostra gentile, ma non fornisce le salviette richieste per il bagno e la stufetta promessa dato che manca il riscaldamento, causa un guasto, dice. Mentre dice di attendere un attimo, è letteralmente scomparso. E così ho fatto anch'io, me ne sono andata.

Siamo stati benissimo, posto carino, modesto, in zona vicina alle mura, pulitissimo. Il proprietario davvero molto carino e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Colazione abbondante.
