The view wasn’t much of a view as the window was on the side of the room. I would say our room had a partial view and not a full view of the Dome. Nonetheless staff were great, room was great, location was great. Overall amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The hotel is beautiful, the location along the Arno is excellent, and my room was comfortable with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with incredible views over the city and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!

We stayed 4 days and are so glad we stayed here. The area has a restaurant right outside with the best view where they serve lunch and dinner. They also have a bar and a pool. It’s an old castle and yet they keep it clean and pretty restored. Breakfast buffet in the morning was included for us. The bathroom comment from others might be from not understanding how to use it as you have to pump the button several times to flush. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They spoke English and some Spanish.
