The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

Amazing resort, will definitely be back!

Our first day was a nightmare, we had a room on the first floor that had sewage problem, room stinks, I did not want to complain but my husband was right everything in the room was so bad. Then we were told we had to Wait until the next day between 3-5 for a room switch. In the mean time we had to move all our belongings to a family room. That was a really bad experience, I hope the fix they fix the problem in that room so someone else does not experience the same problem. I need to know how does the cleaning crew not report these issues to the manager.

Excellent Resort, especially all the excellence club amenities

Great staff, food, entertainment and rooms. Housekeeping and guest services were hit or miss at times but since it’s a new resort I can let that slide. Definitely would go back.

Customer service is top of the line! I wanted to change my room type and when they had an opening, they contacted me and I was able to change smoothly. I enjoyed my swimout and the food was excellent. My family truly enjoyed our time in Jamaica!
