Great location and well kept!

The hotel was within a 5 minute walk to the train station with shops nearby. It was walking distance to the river area as well. Great breakfast selection! Giving 4/5 stars given the room was small.

The wifi signal was not strong enough to reach my room - the connection would drop in and out on my phone, and wouldn't connect to my laptop at all. In the end, I had to do work in the lobby which was not ideal. The staff were unable to move me into another room as they were fully booked. They did compensate me with a free breakfast and 2 complimentary drinks. But for a 4-star hotel, I expected better.

Great hotel at Luzern!

Very clean, very new, super quiet, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, central location, close to trait station, air conditioning is very good and quiet. Strongly recommended!

Overall experience was okay. The room is older than it looks on the photos that they posted. Washroom is old and kind of dirty. Overall experience is not as good as expected. Staffs are descent but not as welcoming when we first arrived.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and the old bridge, old town and the lake. The AC is a big plus and the room is nice and clean.

Hotel was very modern and clean with very friendly staff and excellent location. Unfortunately the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so if you only speak English you can’t watch tv as the channels are only in German. Besides that, it was a pleasant stay.

Bad WiFi and poor AC

Overall the stay would have been fine, but the AC was very bad and could not cool the room down, so they gave us a small fan which helped a little. The WiFi was the worst WiFi I’ve experienced in the past decade. Very unreliable and slow when connected. This was the most we had to spend on a hotel for the entire trip, and by far the worst overall.
