We had a lovely one-night stay at Cascada Hotel. Our room was lovely and big, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. There was a great coffee shop (Two Hands) right around the corner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were lots of fun touches in the room like a marble drop. It was a quick walk from the train station, but a little ways removed from the old town - nice and quiet, and a lovely neighbourhood, with a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre.

The property was nice and the room was good. Our only complaint would be the A/C. There was one in the room but it didn’t cool the room enough for us. We opened the windows and it was fine. Very close to old town and there was parking (for $) on the premises.

L’accueil a été fantastique. La chambre était parfaite. L’air climatisée bienvenue pendant cette période caniculaire. Nous l’avons apprécié même si elle était un peu bruyante. Le restaurant boléro était correct sans plus. La paella était un peu décevante. J’ai aimé l’option de ne pas demander le nettoyage complet de la chambre chaque jour en échange de boissons gratuites au bar.

The rooms are very good. The property is an easy walk from the train station and also an easy walk to old town and the Chapel bridge. I wouldn’t say it’s in the middle of everything, but it’s very easy to get to everything from there. And the restaurant in the hotel is really good.

5 stars all around! Perfect location, and 4 kids!

This is an exception property all around! Houseyn and Liu (pardon my spelling) at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our tour to Mount Pilatus, as well as making sure our 4 year old son Adrian was happy. (He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return!

Loved this Hotel. Super clean plus the staff is very nice. The Spanish restaurant Bolero is great. Only a couple of blocks from train station, shops and restaurants. We chose the rite place for sure.
