Unfriendly staff but the room was acceptable
The room was clean but only con was that there was no AC so it can be rather hot and stuffy inside during Summer. The staff who was in charge of my check in process was rather rude and unfriendly which gives off a bad impression from the start.

May be its common here but not even a bottle of water or a fridge. One paper cup only for coffee when at leastvtwonpeople checked in. Other than that, liked location and walkability. Still a lot for almost 200 dollars (with coty taxes etc) is pricey .

Property is very close to old Luzerne, lake Luzerne and the main rail station and one of the main bus stops. The only downside was no air conditioning and poor air circulation during hot weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful and room very clean. Towels were changed every day which is unusual but was appreciated

Our room was recently renovated and auper comfortable. It does need a fan, its hot there and we slept with no sheets. Location is perfect

We stayed here for its proximity to the Luzern Main Train Station and it didn’t disappoint. It is close to the Old Town and main attractions. The room was aptly equipped, we even managed to use our Aeropress to make coffee using the Nespresso Coffee machine to heat water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I am glad we found this hotel as it was a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were very polite and very helpful in accommodating us to change the bed from two singles to a double. They were all very helpful and told us all about what to see around the city. The rooms are very clean but could maybe benefit from A/C but the little fan provided di keep us cool. Inside the hotel is generally fine but could do with a little modernising around the lobby and restaurant. If appearance doesnt bother you and you just want somewhere clean and convenient this is your place. Right in the heart of Lucerne. Im giving it five stars as it was a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel was clean and efficient. Food good, restaurant service ok. Hotel rooms were well equipped. Front desk service was excellent. House keeping was variable, with items missed, but it all worked. I think this is a well presented hotel. Their evening restaurant is currently closed.

Basic small room.
Room small. TV did not work. Lamp needed light bulbs. Room located near to garbage tru k pick up. No view. Limited tv stations. No restaurant. Only breakfast served. No telephones in the room. Location is good. A very basic hotel good for one night only.
