Front desk staff Manish is horrible.
I only stayed for one night as I though it was close to the airport. Its a good 40 min ride.
Complimentary shuttle is a joke. I requested it and got a run around story. Ending up paying my own fare to the hotel and on my return the taxi driver took 200 IND from me. (Toll fees) as he calls it, even though we passed through none.

Grand Radiant Hotel should improve its services
The hotel and the room looked good at first sight. But there were a few serious issues.
First, the faucet on the wash basin was leaky. After using the wash basin for a couple of minutes, the toilet floor was flooded.
Second, I didn't have access to hot water. I had to call the reception and wait for 15 minutes for hot water. On one occassion, I found out after 15 minutes that the reception had forgotten to turn it on after my call. I had to call again and wait another 15 minutes.
Third, during my 36 hour stay, wifi was out of order for an hour at a time when I seriously needed to send a couple of emails.
The hotel is located centrally. A four-star comfort at a three-start hotel. The staff are very cooperative, friendly, and are always ready to listen. The rooms are lavishly conditioned and has a downtown setting essence to it, providing relaxation. Additionally, there is in-room dining service provided 24/7. The breakfast buffet comes in with fresh foods and variant changes everyday. Overall, a comfortable and splendid stay that meets your standard expectations.
