Not so great

Been staying here for years. Not sure what has changed. Breakfast was not much to get excited about, bring your own fruit and yogurt. Felt very rushed to check out. Bring items down to the car beginning at 9am, was continually asked if I was "checking out". Staff was not terribly welcoming and rooms appeared to not be very clean. I would advise to explore other options

Although "in the middle of nowhere," it was just a short 4 mile drive to beautiful Pentwater - which we enjoyed tremendously over 3 days/nights. Also, just a short drive to Ludington and Silver Beach. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable - we slept really well! Pool and hot tub were great - did not use the exercise equipment. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection - employee kept it well stocked and clean. All in all - a great experience, and we will likely stay again!!
