It’s walkable, due to the slopes and stairs, should take the funicular or bus to hotel. Very old, limited supply. Our room is very small. Sink (in the room), toilet (with door) and bath area (with clear glass door) are separate. Space at end of bed not even big enough for a ck luggage to go through.

Great location! Very clean. Nothing fancy, but conveniently located and functional. Soap dispenser built into shower. Tub too small for a bath, but not a problem for us. High powered fan for hot days, no AC. Mattress ok for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Budget hotel in fabulous location

A budget hotel but in a fantastic location with really lovely staff. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable. No aircon but they do have a lift

Mine was a late checking around 10pm , hotel team made it so convenient for me , given clear instructions and when some thing is not working they able to give alternative immediatey , always answered my phone and great location with fine dining options at late hour as well , room is very neat and have all the required amenities - keep up the good work

The property is dated, like you staying at your Europeans grandparents bathroom vibes. Which in itself is the experience when in Europe! Clean place, amazing spot for convenience without a car. The staff at desk are warming and welcoming!

The property is very tired and in need of work. The furnishings are cheap & the rooms need decorating. The bathroom was particularly small with bared wires on the hairdryer.

The reception staff was very friendly and waited for our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It was a short 1-2 min walk to the main road where you can see their lake. Easy check-out where you can drop your keys. We would definitely stay here again!

Is a old hotel but with the necessary stuff to stay to sleep, I like the area because it was close to the lake, famous stores like Gucci,Prada,etc …also is in the middle of the town where you can find a lot of cafes to eat or others restaurants. It was nice to be there.

Worst check on ever and hotels.com no help at all they had overbooked the hotel and even though we had paid and confirmed reservations from nov last year. The receptionist was so rude saying he couldn’t help us stating he wasn’t going to put himself on a cross for us!! Told us to get a refund and go find ourselves a room. They did give us alternative accommodation so far out of town and three hrs after our arrival. As I said disgusting service i have never been spoken to in such a rude manner and no regard for us at all

Location is excellent and the manager was great to accommodate our request to change our room. The setup in this hotel was odd and two rooms had a sharing bathroom which was next to our room. Every time they used the bathroom we could hear the flushing and bathroom door. The second night the manager changed our room to different floor and we had a good night sleep.

Ideal location

The location was perfect. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the ceiling fan and lights in our room did not work, and the bedding was too small for the bed. The top sheet and comforter were not wide enough to cover two people.
