Lumbadzi Vacation Packages

It’s in a decent location. They also offer catering for lunch and dinner (by an external vendor) if you inquire about it early enough.

Disappointed with the location so make sure you know where you're going to be. Covid screens at reception really need to go - it was like checking into a prison. 7.50 USD for a can of coke - twice the price of the Savoy in London. I didn't really understand that. All staff were unfailingly friendly and welcoming.

I hate writing negative things but there's too much here to improve. Again im all about value if this was a $70 a night place id say I got what I paid for but at 100+ with breakfast you must do better. The only reason I didnt cancel the remaining days is because I was travelling with small kids but I would not go back. The little ants are everywhere and when I mentioned them at the outside breakfast table I was thrown a can of doom! Hmm poison to go with my breakfast, no thanks! The pool needs upgraded loungers and no one attends to you unless they happen to be walking past and you flag them down. The food is probably the worst part overpriced like it's a 5 star place but the food is not tasty or prepared nicely, the breakfast options also need a major upgrade.

Room was not ready with soap and shower requirements, coffee etc. The room was clean, but could see it not being maintained. The staff was very helpful and tried correct problems. The refrigerator turned on but did not cool at all.
