Stayed as a halfway mark on our road trip home. Front desk staff at check in was great. Room was clean, but the air conditioner/heater is a foot from the bed. It blew hot dry air on us every 5 minutes all night. The pillows were very small, there were 5 pillows on the bed and halfway thru the night I had to wake up and change mine for a different one because the first one flattened. And my back was locked up when I woke up because the bed was super uncomfortable. My husband agreed the bed was uncomfortable, so that wasn't the greatest.

I always has a wonderful stay when I'm here. I love that they are pet-friendly. I am from Lumberton, so I was going back ad forth while my father was on hospice, they were so wonderful during that difficult time. I am loyal to this hotel.
