The place did not have 2 queen beds, they only had doubles . We are a family of 5. They finally provided with a portable bed only to find blood stains on the pillow and awful smell. I did not use it. I found spider webs on all the lamps and the ac unit covered with dirt . I did provide pictures

It's a bit dated and worn but the location was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was really good. Just what we needed for our mini-family reunion near Luray.

The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing, and the fresh coffee each morning was the perfect start to the day. Everything was comfortable and well-kept, and I truly felt at home. I’ll definitely be stopping here again next time I’m in the area!

I had no water pressure and had to use a wash cloth to stop up the tub for a bath. The water also wasn't very hot. My toilet kept getting clogged. Other than that the room was really nice with a comfortable king bed.

Perfect location

Staff was friendly at time of check in until check out. Room was renovated and very clean. The only issue was that my husband had to fix the flush because the chain came off maybe needs to be replaced coz it is rusty. Overall, I wish.we could’ve stayed longer.

The “breakfast” was granola bars and prepackaged muffins. But, the coffee/tea was good. I wouldn’t have minded so much, but there wasn’t many options for breakfast in the immediate area. We drove around looking for a diner/restaurant, nothing much around. We ended up eating at a trendy coffee place, good coffee, but odd trendy offerings that were a little pricey. I don’t need fruity chutney on my egg sandwich. Nice people working there, so, not so bad.

Good solid hotel room for those planning a kayak weekend trip with Shenandoah River Outfitters. Showers had good pressure, which helps after a long day on the river. Internet was solid. For us, the AC wasn't working, but we decided to endure it as we didn't want to repack everything after we had set up already in the room. Beds were comfortable, too. Solid place to put your head down.

It was PERFECT. I hesitated a lot because of the reviews but decided to stay because we were staying just for one night. We stayed in the room with two beds and it was renovated with nice bathroom tiles and modern mirror. There was a picture of the pool but no description of the pool as an amenity but I was presently surprised that pool is there and open from 9 am-10 pm. It was so beautiful and peaceful surrounded by mountains. There’s a vending machine and 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Muffins and granola bars for breakfast. No roaches or bugs, everything was clean
