My carryon bag was a struggle for me and the receptionist very kindly helped me to my room with the bag. The room wasn’t much bigger than the bed and had no window! But the best sleep of the entire trip! If I hadn’t set an alarm I would probably have missed my plane.

Was so different like the pictures and Expedia says, I run 5 minutes later than I saw the room and made a reservation right away in premier inn. I need y money back for this reservation that I don't use.

The perfect place to stay between long flights, very close to airport. A few min walk from Luton Station Interchange and train station. A few min walk to the Mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The perfect location for traveller. Will back again

Clean room but very dated. Light switch damaged on the wall and the bed was really uncomfortable. I reserved a compact room which was a really poor choice on my part, window was facing on to the high street with a ill fitting roller blind to give privacy. The floorboards creaked ridiculously and my neighbour sounded like he was getting his daily steps at 1am. Got up for a flight at 2.30am with only 2hrs sleep and really disgruntled. Will not stay here again.

Smelly, dirty, and worn-out. Having checked-in, I "experienced" the corridors, and then the room. I decided not to stay the night, and moved to a different hotel. They did offer a different room, but I didn't want to waste any more time.

No air conditioning, light in bedroom didn’t work. No window so no air, given one pillow which was so flat I might aswell not had one. Was given a disabled room so shower was just wet room. Room was so claustrophobic and the fire alarm lit up the whole room so couldn’t sleep properly.

Good value for money. Exactly what you would expect from a hotel on the cheap side. We got a room only for a night as we had an early morning flight from Luton. Position is very convenient to go to the airport, the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the bus station where you can get transports to get to the airport. Both the room and the bathroom were very small, especially the shower, but there was everything needed to stay a night.

Espacio muy pequeño, ideal para una noche o 2, con suerte tienes ventana, no tiene calefacción y el ventanal es antiguo por lo que de noche hace frío, el baño está medio limpio por el precio si vas justo de tiempo está bien, es claustrofóbico para 2 personas con bastante equipaje está muy bien conectado con bus y tren, aunque de noche la zona no es muy segura

Arrived at 5pm . There was no running water in the hotel at all but the staff didn't mention this. When I went back to reception they advised it should be ok within the hour. Turned out to be the next day. So unable to wash, shower, or flush the loo. Staff didn't care. No housekeeping at all for a 2 day stay. After 1st night in hell. Beds were not made, bins were not emptied. Nothing

My satnav struggled to find hotel. Parking on-site wasn't great. We arrive late (midnight), check-in was good! We were allocated Room 1. This is right next to Reception. We could hear tv/radio/talking so I quickly asked if we could be moved. Staff were great & switched us to Room 8. Beds are very soft - so ok if you like that. They are more like a "U" shape ehen you get in them. The emergency green lighting is very bright - didn't bother us but might be an issue to others.
