We stayed for only 1 night to break our journey, but we think we have found a great hotel and somewhere we would recommend and stay again. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean The staff were very professional and friendly. We didn’t have time to play golf or use the leisure facilities, but hope to stay longer next time

Very friendly and polite staff. Hotel bar, corridors and rooms Looking a bit tired and dated. We were on first floor and could hear people talking in next room at 11.30pm the walls are that thin, until late and condenser unit outside woke us up around 6.00am. The fan in the bathroom is very loud until it switches itself off. Lovely pool, sauna and steam room but again changing rooms and corridors very dated

The importance of Customer Service lives on!
The staff were so welcoming and helpful it made me think that the importance of Customer Service is not forever lost. It’s been a long time since we have experienced such a positive approach from a TEAM of staff and not just the odd person within a team. Well done!
