很棒的住宿體驗
入住前有看到評價說水上星空屋很髒， 本來還很擔心。 在一打開777水上星空屋， 飄來一陣香味外，裡面很乾淨。 出門又有天然花香。 很棒的住宿體驗。 小孩戶外釣魚及休閒室玩的很開心。

五星級的收費，但設施已老舊，缺乏維護，職棒會館離停車場很遠，且地面不平坦，走道也沒雨遮，沒電梯，拿大件行李箱去到二樓房間實在辛苦，整體而言覺得性價比不佳

環境很不錯，造景優美，有戶外泳池很棒，房間舒適。 但住到的房間剛好是在戶外的浴室廁所，雖然游泳完回房間清洗方便，但晚上用廁所及洗澡有蚊子叮咬問題，不太理想。

熱氣球嘉年華最佳距離飯店
第一次聽到這間渡假村，原以為是新的渡假村，原來已經有些年代了，但是整理來說環境和服務態度都還不錯，重點是離鹿野高台真的很近，熱氣球展出的月份相當方便。

住水池區,房間乾淨但廁所在房外，不方便，蚊子會飛進。釣魚游泳等游樂設施很多，很好玩，離鹿野高台很近！

入住職棒會館，房間滿大的，有按摩浴缸，可惜乾淨度還需加油，床頭有灰塵、浴室洗手台有水垢，預訂時是雙人房(1大床)，入住後發現是兩張小床併在一起，睡得時候中間會有縫隙，滿失望的。
