Overall, the hotel met my needs. Convenient location and comfortable bed. However, my room reeked of marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, and I know in general the staff cannot control if people violate that rule until after the fact (by charging them a fee). We found a lighter on top of the A/C unit, so that was missed by the cleaning staff. The room was dated. I did not use the shower, but there was plenty of hot water available from the sink.

Low Needs to be lowered considering what’s offered
I reserved the suite that wasn’t ready by 3:00pm check-in time and was told it would be available 20 minutes later. The bathtub in the sofa room desperately needs to be reglazed or replaced, and WAS NOT cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly, just quickly wiped with a wet rag!!!

Okay nite in Lynchburg
The location was being devoured by lantern bugs and the shubs are half dead. The road noise was pretty loud but the rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

Dirty, nasty, unkept motel
Before entering our room the room next door reeked of marijuana as we walked past, and still smelled the same the following morning. Our room had dirty bedding, staining in ceilings from water damage, dirty shower light, dirty floor with pee stains, empty containers of complimentary bathroom items, broken shower handles, ripped curtains, ripped shower liners, ripped bathtub, breakfast did not have decaf coffee, had to ask for biscuits to go with the provided gravy, hair on breakfast food counter, hair found in my plate, dirt came out of apple juice dispenser into my cup, need I say more??

My room was dirty and not well-maintained. I found two dead bugs in the mini-fridge, and I saw two live roaches in my room. The mounting bracket that was supposed to hold the hair dryer to the wall was broken. I found two dirty washcloths hanging over the shower curtain rod when I arrived. The walls were dirty. Two places on the bathroom wall had been patched, but the plaster had not been sanded or repainted. One of the drawers in the chest of drawers was off the rails and wouldn't close properly. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked -- on some days, items such as yogurt and fresh fruit were completely gone an hour before the end of breakfast -- and some of the bread items were stale. This hotel has seen better days.

The only thing good about this property was that it’s very close to the events I went for. The room was smelling with cigarettes even when it said “non smoking room.” Bathroom door doesn’t latch, and has numerous holes on it. Bedroom carpet, stinky and stained. WiFi, very epileptic. Breakfast, very poor and horrible. It doesn’t worth the price paid. I can never recommend such a place to anyone I know.

Outdated and stained top to bottom. It was fine for a night just to sleep, but I never wanted to be in the room otherwise. It smelled like cigarettes and urine, there were holes in the chairs, and stains on the floors and walls. Most of the staff were decent, but there were a few that were rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for staying whenever we asked a question. We had to get a new key card several times because ours stopped working and the pool was closed due to "unavoidable circumstances" even thought it's advertised online.

The room was clean but very old,air conditioner filter filthy with broken cover, bathroom was clean but very old, wallpaper coming off, tub 100 yrs old,but the location was very good for what we needed no iron board,hair dryer broken,the beds & pillows were GREAT but outside needed to be cleaned (dirty parking lot)
