The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at! Princess made the check in so easy and was great in explaining all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. Our oom was immaculate and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!!

If you have an allergy, please do not come to this hotel. Too much dog hair around., they do not clean daily, it is every 2 day maybe. And if you need something some may or may not answer the phone on the front desk. And you think, You are going to sleep OMG, the railway is next to the hotel. Plus, dogs barking all night. It was a terrible night please look for other Hotel.
My roomm was not clean. And I was shocked to turn on the kitchen light and small roaches began running across the floor. I filmed them, killed them and packed up my things and did not stay. I showed the mqn at the front desk the videos. He said he would not charge me but I had paid through expedia. I left and slept in my car for the night! I want a full refund from expedia.
Originally when I arrived on site early my reservation wad apparently cancelled by accident. Within 20 minutes I was granted early check in and still got a suite which I had booked previously. Tina at the front desk was amazing. I had family staying there as well and everyone had such a good time and enjoyed their stay.
I have stayed at many top hotels as I commuted to NYC for 16 years. I was surprised by my visit to Lynchburg VA Homewood Suites. Everything worked beautifully, very clean and laid out well for my needs. Kathy, at the check-in, was very helpful and Brian the next morning went out of his way to feature amenities like the pool and the exercise room. Great staff! On our next return we will be here.
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before…….and we purposely stayed here again! Very clean…..great location……very courteous/friendly staff….spacious rooms…..I highly recommend this property when staying in Lynchburg!
The property was great, and the rooms were top notch. Truly a great way to spend a vacation and very convenient amenities. The business center did not have an operating printer though, and rather than offering to print, the staff member recommended we go to the Garden Inn next door. The Garden Inn also did not have a functioning printer in the business center, but their staff were kind enough to offer to print. If you expect to get all of the listed amenities, you may not.
The toilet would not flush for the night of our stay. We called to the desk and got no answer. The sink fixture was broken and barely functional. We called to the front desk several times and got no answer. During check out, we waited 30 minutes to be serviced and the front desk associate was on her personal phone and eating in the breakfast area.
They state they do room service every other day, that is simply not true. I had a major issue with the drain in my shower not draining (by the end of a shower I was standing in ankle deep water that would take hours to drain). I tried to bring this to the attention of the morning front desk member, had to go find him eating food in the kitchen (pretty sure a violation of health code) and then he brought his food to the front desk, acted bothered, and said he would have it fixed. That didn't happen, luckily when I got back to the hotel that evening the lovely front desk agent made it her priority to track down drain-o. She delivered it to my room so I could handle the clogged drain myself, as there was no maintenance person around and I wasn't going to make her do it. Overall this Hilton Property needs discover what Hospitality means. Will Never stay here again, and I am in Lynchburg a lot for work.

As a pet friendly property I would have expected a grassy area vs mulch. Very disappointed that I had to walk over to the adjacent property to find a small strip of grass. The breakfast space very small and then congested with folks trying to maneuver. Lacked plates, utensils and bowls. Learned later that 3 people called out so very understaffed due to that. Would recommend a 2nd door in bathroom area for privacy from bedroom space.
